Booking Policies 2020-2021
Booking
Bookings must be received via email and will be held for a two week period. Rooms will be released if no comfirmation is received via email.
All bookings will only be confirmed after receiving an accomodation request email, the lodge will confirm availability and send the corresponding official invoice. Bookings by phone are not accepted and are only treated as inquiries.
Payments
20% is required within 14 days upon receiving the official invoice. Failure to comply might result into cancellation.
Balance of full payment must be made 45 days prior to arrival. Any other payments terms have to be agreed and confirmed by the Lodge via email.
Bank fees and charges are charged to the payer’s account.
Our rates include current government taxes and are subject to change. We reserve the right to alter prices to cater for this when required by the government.
Cancellation policy
- 45-30 days: 75% refund; 25% will be charged
- 29-15 days: 50% refund; 50 % will be charged
- 14-8 days: 20% refund; 80% will be charged
- 7 days or less: 100% will be charged
Refunds will only be made via bank transfer from the Lodge’s account. No refund on bank charges previously paid. Bank charges on the refund transfers will be paid by the client therefore resulting in a lower refund amount than originally paid.
